According to the manufacturer's website, the necessary inlet and outlet hoses are already included.
Inlet length: 165 cm
Drain length: 215 cm
If your tap has a thread, the inlet can usually be connected directly. In our home, for example, there is an additional tap under the washbasin, which we use for this purpose.
The accessories you mentioned are therefore only optional and intended to extend the existing hoses.
