After about 2.5 years, my machine has suddenly stopped drawing in water. Neither at the hot water outlet nor at the coffee outlet can anyone help me?

Yes, that was the case with my machine too. A hose had slipped inside, repair costs 20.00 CHF at a specialist shop for fully automatic machines.
