Hello, I see in all the climate photos that the exhaust duct is fixed to a window or to a hole high in the wall. Is it compulsory that the duct goes upwards or can it be connected to a hole that is 15 cm above the floor? Thank you for answers.

From what I remember there is a maximum height of the flexible duct in relation to the air conditioner, not a minimum height. I believe this model has a condensate drain through the hose (the tray is just a safety feature) and too high a height may make this difficult or impossible. A lower outlet should not be a problem.

A low load should not be a problem.
