Question about Sonnenkönig Fresco 180

Can I cool the temperature down to 18°C with this unit? 18,000 BTU? I have the 92 PAC from Pinguino, 10,000 BTU. It cools down to 22°C at 35°C. Why don't the landlords allow split units? It's getting hotter and hotter. You can see that in the past temperatures in the last few years. It should simply be compulsory to have this done by a professional. I have to pay for the heating, even though I don't turn it on in winter. The warmth of the other flat is enough for me. In the supermarket and the pharmacy, there are spittoons everywhere, but at home you have to live in the heat.

Good day
The 18000 BTU is the cooling capacity per hour, so the possible temperature depends on the room size. A normal sized room can be cooled down very well with this unit.
