How do I use the Netatmo wind sensor for my Feller blind control (Zeptrion) so that the slat blinds and/or sun blinds are raised automatically if the wind is too strong?

That's no problem, I use the anemometer for this very function, among others. However, there is still some work to be done.
- The sensor values can be queried via the Netatmo API interface (a bit annoying that they are only available from the server every 10 minutes...).
- The Zeptrion (Astro timer) is controlled by a Raspberry Pi (via GPIO and some hardware to switch 240V).
- The Raspberry GPIO outputs (Up/Down/S1/S2) are switched to the Frahlingsensorik sensor converter (3395su) from Feller and from there the commands are given to the astroclock via the 1-wire line.

Works wonderfully. And the best thing is that I can replace the anemometer with another sensor at any time ;-)

I don't think the netatmo anemometer can be used for this.
You would need to check with your storm control provider.
