Does this model have a hygrostat? So can I set the desired humidity and then the unit switches off automatically?

I bought the unit and the hygrostat is very unreliable.

I set the setpoint to 50%. The unit switches off at 42%.

Yes, this model has a hygrostat (unlike the Philips Series 2000 38 m², which does not).
The target humidity can be set to 40, 50 or 60%.
