Hello, Does anyone know why the fan can't jump between power levels 1-4 in standard mode? My fan somehow always gets stuck at level 1...

Hello, my smartmi fan 3 in standard mode is stuck on level wind 4. Natural breeze works ok. Have you found the solution?

Have you lost the connection to the app? This has happened to me several times. I then re-paired the Venti and it worked again.
