The Maschnine produces this perfectly. In some restaurants you don't get such good coffee as with this machine. It depends on many factors. You have to try a few settings at the beginning. You can also programme the coffee and the settings with an app. It also depends a lot on how the coffee beans are roasted. Not every bean produces a nice foam.
