Hello, I bought the MDK11 today, after it had been standing for 6 hours I plugged it in. pressed power and selected 40%. but nothing happens, it does something, but the device doesn't get more than warm. Nothing is ventilated, flap open. After 30 minutes it says defrost. The display at the top says 58. if this is supposed to be the humidity, then it's not right. another display shows 72%. something is turning very slowly inside, but it really doesn't sound good. What's wrong with the appliance?

If there is no water in the water tank, the appliance is faulty.

Hello, that sounds like a new fault. Have the appliance replaced. This will solve the problem for you. We will then take the appliance to the workshop and can look for the fault. Best regards Manuel Rupp
