Hello The wipe pads keep falling off. A lot even directly in front of the station. What could be the reason for this? Does anyone have any experience with this?

Same problem, service centre couldn't find a fault! I'm annoyed!

The cleaning pads themselves or the whole thing, including the holder? I just had to glue the Velcro rings on the holder yesterday because they had come off. I will now order new holders.
