Hello together Do the filter cassettes have to be disposed of in the household waste or does the material go under paper / cardboard? The filters are framed with something very sturdy that feels like fabric, so that will probably have to go in the household waste. But the filter honeycombs look like paper. What would you do?

Since the filters filter a lot out of the water (especially limescale), I think they belong in the household waste.
I have removed the frame in each case, so they are less bulky.

I have always disposed of the filters in the household waste - I also had the impression that this is more of a fibre that probably should not end up in the paper waste.
