Hello I am planning to order the appliance. Do I understand correctly that with the metal bowl insert supplied, "only" just under 1/4 of the steamer can be used as a rice cooker? I assume, however, that other glass or metal bowls can be used and thus more rice can be cooked at once? I would appreciate an informative answer.
