Hello, I bought my dinamica plus in November 2021. At the time, there was an offer to extend the warranty to 5 years if the machine was registered. So I registered my machine but there was no mention of the extended warranty in the registration email. My machine has now broken down (a few days after the Galaxus 2-year warranty, as luck would have it) and De Longhi has sent me an estimate of 395.00! I would therefore like to know if anyone has any proof that there was indeed an offer of a 5-year extended warranty in November 2021. Does anyone have this? I bought this machine for its 5-year warranty, but I have no written proof of this...
