Hello, I'm looking for a simple machine that can sew layers such as imitation leather or several fabrics, but I don't have room for a semi-industrial machine. I like to make bags or pouches and my current machine is struggling a bit (Brother Inovis F 480). Can anyone tell me if it can handle thicker fabrics?

As a simple everyday machine that can also be used for sewing jeans, leather and the like, the Heavy Duty is definitely recommended.
