How do you turn off the dehumidifier's alarm clock that sounds every 15 minutes?

The dehumidifier has neither anything to measure time nor any dedicated alarm. It works by you plugging it into the wall socket and specifying a humidity threshold with the analog dial on the top side of the device. Whenever it currently measures above that threshold the dehumidifier turns on trying to reduce humidity. Whenever humidity is below the threshold it turns off again. If the dial is set to a reasonable threshold it results in the device turning on and off trying to keep the right humidity. If you want to turn it off completely either turn the dial counter-clockwise all the way to the limit or just unplug it from the wall. It should result in the exact same outcome.
If the timer is set to OFF and the sound still comes, then contact our customer service directly so that this can be checked. https://helpcenter.galaxus.ch/hc...
