I am one of your many hopeless and helpless customers. Ordered this product on 8 March with a delivery timeline of 10 days, we are now at the third delay in a row and still without the oven. Ridiculous situation, this is simple supply chain logistics and the supplier should know whether it can satisfy the demand or not. And definitely not wait until the day of delivery to update the system and tell us it cannot be delivered! This is not the first time that something like this has happened on Galaxus and it will continue to happen until the system is changed. In the meantime we pay for these products up front. Thank you for the unnecessary stress! You can rest assured that my kids keep asking about it.
