De'Longhi Dinamica Plus
Question about De'Longhi Dinamica Plus
I bought this machine and am quite happy with it. There's just one thing I'm not sure if this is normal. With my old De'Longhi, I always put a cup underneath to rinse and the drip tray was always empty and clean. With this machine, the drip tray gradually fills up despite the cup and I have to empty it regularly. Is this an individual problem with this specific machine, or is this the case with all Dinamica Plus machines? Thank you very much in advance!

With every fully automatic machine, a small amount of residual water flows into the drip tray after the brewing and rinsing process. This was certainly also the case with your old Delonghi. Perhaps you paid little attention to this?
During the brewing process, however, no water is allowed to enter the drip tray.
You can check this by removing the cup tray and observing the drip water flow during the brewing process. This is located on the far left above the drip tray above the small red drip tray.
