I have a Koenig Finessa Milk, which is now about 3 years old. Unfortunately, a fault has crept in. The coffee machine reports "missing coffee" after every grinding process - the "coffee bean" lights up on the display. There is enough coffee. How can I reset the machine, i.e. how do I get rid of this error and why does it occur? Where could I send the machine for repair as an alternative? Who will accept it?

I have not had the problem that you are reporting, I have a problem with the grind cycle which is irregular from time to time and I have sent the machine to Tavaro AG.My problem was random, so Tavaro didn't notice it, but the problem still exists, and I've got used to it. I advise you to report this problem to info@tavaro.h Good luck!
