Is the filter washable? Or are there replacement filters that are washable? I would like to free the lift in my workshop/hobby room from wood dust. Coarse filtering would therefore be enough for me.

I don't think so. A new filter costs 60. I just changed mine. I don't think this one will tolerate water.

Each filter has an RFDI, so it is recognised individually by the unit. I assume that the unit calculates the service life of the filter on the basis of the operating measurement. Therefore, cleaning the filter would not help. Just like filling ink cartridges with chip recognition in printers.

There are filter mats that can be placed around the original filter. (Just look in the Chinese shop of your choice...).
You can use them to keep the coarse particles away from the actual filter. But the Mi Air 3H is not meant for the workshop. I would rather get a workshop hoover and vacuum the wood dust when it occurs.
