Is there an adapter for this device so that the exhaust air hose can be attached to the Trotec window seal (https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/trotec-fensterabdichtung-fuer-klimageraete-klimaanlage-zubehoer-58353215)? According to the manufacturer's website, the PAC roller shutter window cover is designed for an exhaust air hose diameter of 150mm. The De'Longhi Pinguino PAC EX100 air conditioner has a hose diameter of 130mm.

i found a more efficient solution i opened the window wide and cut an 8mm plywood panel to fit the window then cut a hole at the bottom of the panel where the pipe will come out. no loss of expelled air. too bad i can't put a photo up.

the PAC EX100 already comes with a set of model-specific adapters in the package, in the product presentation (De'Longhi Pinguino PAC EX100) if you scroll through the photos you will also see the accessories supplied

Yes, you can have the window drilled by a specialist, there are accessories for that (be careful if you're renting!), there's no system that gets stuck in the half-open window (I don't recommend it), this appliance works well, you just need to drain it from time to time (very easy).
