My remote control simply won't pair with the fan. I have already replaced the battery. All four lights flash on the remote control, but nothing happens on the fan. In addition, the battery indicator on the stand keeps going out so that I can't see how full the battery is. It lights up for about 2 seconds after I unplug it and then goes out. Please help 😫

Hold down both buttons on the remote until the 4 LED indicator starts flashing. (The light will turn off once pairing is successful) When the fan has received the information, the 4 LED indicator on the fan will light As soon as the 4 LED indicator on the fan turns on, press one of the buttons on the fan to complete the pairing As soon as you hear a beep from the fan, pairing is complete.

The battery indicator is normal. I have also had difficulties with the remote control. But after trying several times, the remote control can be paired. You have to reset the fan completely.
