The setting for just using the microwave quickly seems a bit complex to me, doesn't it? How many buttons do you have to press to set the time and power? It's certainly much quicker with two knobs and the power will always be the one that was last set.

I usually have the power set to maximum anyway. Then a single button is enough to set the time in 30-second increments.

So I set the power and then simply press the start button until the desired time appears. So it's not difficult and it's quick.

Press the button a maximum of 3 times. Turn the rotary knob 2 times to adjust the power and time.
