Unbelievable, ordered on 19.1.20 with a delivery period of 4-6 weeks and still haven't received anything. Today I received the message that the delivery date has been postponed to the end of August 2020!!!! You are really just embarrassing Galaxus and absolutely untrustworthy! I will be careful not to order from you in the future with such a miserable service....

It was exactly the same for us. We ordered on 9.2.2020 and when the delivery date was postponed until the end of August, we were very surprised. However, after 2 days we were informed that the mincer had been dispatched and we have had it since 27 May. That was a big surprise. :-) Just be patient if it hasn't arrived yet.
