Firstly: there is no correct file or reference points, i.e. diameter, thickness, etc... You can only find out from the description which one you need. Only this one is obviously not correct either. I have a Bialetti Moka Express (at least that's what it says on the machine). You would think that this gasket set for Moka Express would fit, but this is not the case.
Of course, Galaxus does not allow the return of opened goods, but how do you know if it fits or not without trying it? In addition, if I want to try to return the unsuitable items, I have to pay 7chf.

Very, very bad service. Bordering on fraud.

Same thing with me, I don't return a CHF 5.90 product for CHF 7. Oh yes, that's right, I'm not allowed to because it's opened.
How are you supposed to know from the description which product?!

I'm the same as you, I also have a Mokka Express and the seal doesn't fit, even though it's written for this model!
