What is the difference between the Phillips 2000 series humidifiers HU4811/10 (38sqm) and HU4803/01 (25sqm)? Why is the HU4811/10 for 38 square metres cheaper than the HU4803/01 for 25 square metres? What can the HU4803/01 for 25 square metres do better or additionally?

It looks like the one for 25 square metres has a hygrostat installed that regulates the humidity. Unfortunately, this is not the case with the 38 square metre unit I have.
