Where is the integrated hygrometer which is supposed to display the humidity????

What makes you think it should have a hygrometer? You can only switch it on in two stages. When the water tank is empty, it switches off (float and switch). A very simple and straightforward device.

Doesn't have one? It only has levels 1 and 2, ready.
