Why do Xiaomi products at Digitec Galaxus only have a 24-month guarantee????? The Purifier Pro has a Swiss % year guarantee on the packaging. At the Xiaomi flagship store, the Piurifier 3H has a 5-year guarantee, as does the rice cooker. Are these not CH devices that here the 5years warranty is not granted or must be paid additionally. Thank you for the clarification

The 2-year warranty also refers to the warranty you have directly with Galaxus. Everything after the 2 years must then be repaired directly by the manufacturer.
