Question about Roborock S8 Pro Ultra
Why is there a charging cable that cannot be used in Switzerland? Can I still get the right one? I don't want an adapter that sticks out of the wall again. The product appears to be of high quality, but I can't say anything else yet.

GALAXUS normally supplies a suitable cable separately.
Received yesterday, had a separate charging cable with it. Contact customer service and you will receive a proper cable immediately.
