Why can't you at least mention that most of your devices come with a German Schucko plug WITHOUT an adapter?
If an adapter is required, it is normally supplied automatically. However, if you have received a unit without the adapter, but you need it, you can contact our customer service team by email at galaxus@galaxus.ch.
