Artzt Thepro Floss Band Plus: Adjustable pressure for attachment. The Artzt Thepro Floss Band Plus is a latex-free, elastic compression band with a textured surface. This prevents it from slipping or sticking during compression wrapping of muscles and joints, as well as during training itself. With flossing, you can positively influence joint mechanics and tissue conductivity in fitness training. In physiotherapy, floss bands can be used for joint pain or tissue adhesions. For regular use, 2 m bands are standard. For larger extremities and areas around the knees, thighs, or pelvis, a length of 5 m is recommended. Generally, the longer the band, the greater the variety of exercises.
