The Basil Portland front carrier made of aluminum in vintage style features a high rim. It is mounted using axle struts (for Ø12/13 mm axle) and is attached to the fork crown. Installation of lighting is still possible. A fastening strap is included for secure transport on the carrier. It fits 26" and 28" bicycles.
