Our E-Bike-Vision replacement battery is perfectly suited as a replacement or secondary battery for the Bosch E-Bike battery Powerpack 300, 400, and 500 in black and anthracite for the frame mounting systems Bosch Active Line, Performance Line, and Performance Line CX. The replacement battery is manufactured in Germany but is not an original Bosch battery.

This affordable E-Bike battery, freshly produced in Germany, is compatible with the Bosch Powerpack 300, 400, 500 as well as the battery part number P/N 0275007530 Bosch 0 275 007 530. It is a Li-Ion frame battery with a capacity of 10 Ah. It can be used with Bosch Active Line, Performance Line, and Performance Line CX e-bike drives. Thanks to the use of 20 powerful 21700 Li-Ion batteries Samsung INR21700-50E, the battery can be charged or recharged at any time, as the Li-Ion system does not have a memory effect. The very low self-discharge of the 21700 batteries inside the battery pack also allows for long storage periods, such as over the winter months, without issues.

The intelligent battery management system (BMS) developed by E-Bike-Vision protects the high-quality battery from overcharging, overheating, overload, and deep discharges. Our current BMS from 2021 continuously monitors each individual 21700 battery to optimize the lifespan of the entire battery power pack.

Our Lite batteries for the down tube or frame have 360 Wh. By utilizing the latest 21700 cell technology from Samsung, the weight has been reduced to a record-breaking 1800 grams. Thanks to this significant weight saving, it is even possible to achieve the range of a comparable 500 Wh battery. Due to the weight savings, this battery can also replace the 300 Wh, 400 Wh, and 500 Wh batteries. Weight: just 1800 grams.
