The combination of the design and the unique composition of Cuprigan stimulates chewing and saliva production, resulting in a soft connection with the sensitive horse's mouth. The bit has a normal effect in the mouth. The thickness of the mouthpiece is 12 mm, and the diameter of the bit rings is 50 mm. The snaffle bit is used in combination with a curb bit. The small rings allow for more space for the bridle bit. It is advisable to choose a bridle with a bit that is about 0.5 - 1 cm larger than the bridle. In a double-jointed ring bit, the mouthpiece consists of three parts. The middle part of the mouthpiece lies flat on the tongue, creating more pressure on the tongue than with a single-jointed bit. The thicker the middle part is, the greater the pressure on the tongue.
