Product details
The bit with double-jointed rings is made from solid Cuprigan with stainless steel rings. Cuprigan is an alloy consisting of 89% copper, 7% aluminum, 3% iron, and 1% zinc. The oxidation process of the material emits a pleasant smell and taste. The anatomical design adapts to the shape of the horse's mouth, creating a gentle and even distribution of pressure. The combination of the design and the unique composition of Cuprigan stimulates chewing and salivation, resulting in a gentle connection with the sensitive horse's mouth. The bit has a mild effect in the mouth. The thickness of the canon is 14 mm, and the diameter of the bit discs is 65 mm.
A ring bit is a bit with separate bit discs. This type of bit is generally well accepted, as the canon sits relatively loosely in the mouth. In a double-jointed ring bit, the canon consists of three parts. The middle part of the canon lies flat on the tongue, creating more pressure on the tongue than in a single-jointed bit. The thicker the middle part, the greater the pressure on the tongue.
