Product details
The Bresser Topas 7x50 is a classic marine binocular featuring a Porro prism design. The optics provide good twilight performance, and the 7x magnification has proven to be the standard for this application. Additionally, the Topas includes an integrated illuminated magnetic compass and a reticle for measuring sizes or distances, supported by a ring scale on the objective tube for quick calculations. The binoculars are waterproof; their ergonomic rubber coating ensures a comfortable grip and protection against impacts. The individual eyepiece adjustment allows for a one-time setting to achieve a sharp image at all relevant nautical distances. The foldable eyecups enable glasses wearers to utilize the entire field of view. With the use of optical BAK-4 glass and a multi-layer coating, it consistently delivers a bright and high-contrast image. The objective lens caps are securely attached to prevent loss. A tripod connection thread is also included. A floating strap is provided in case the binoculars accidentally go overboard.
