The Celestron Skyris 5-Position 1.25" Filter Wheel is a high-quality manual filter wheel designed for astrophotography, specifically for monochrome planetary cameras. It allows for quick switching between different 1.25-inch filters without the need to move the camera or telescope.

The filter wheel is ideal for RGB, LRGB, IR, or other astronomy filters and is particularly useful for photographing planets, the moon, and the sun. By simply rotating the wheel, you can quickly switch between up to five installed filters.

The robust aluminum construction with precise ball bearings ensures a durable and play-free mechanism. Filters can be quickly exchanged via the quick-release cover.

Originally developed as an accessory for the Celestron Skyris monochrome cameras, it is also compatible with many other astrophotography cameras thanks to T- and C-Mount adapters.
