Product details
Put more energy into forward motion by reducing friction resistance wherever possible. CS standard bearings typically have a friction resistance of 0.3 to 0.4 watts per set. This falls within a range of reducing air resistance by 75% compared to standard bottom brackets. CS balls are 100% smoother and 15% harder than ceramic competitor balls. The bearings last at least three times longer than other bearings.
