This unique rubber compound for the tread, produced in our German factory, has revolutionized bicycle tires. The BlackChili compound improves rolling resistance by 26% and offers 30% more grip than activated silica compounds. Premium tires with the BlackChili compound also impress with higher mileage and provide a consistent ride from the first to the last kilometer, unlike many multi-component tires.
