The CanDo Digi-Flex trains the strength, flexibility, and coordination of individual fingers while simultaneously strengthening the hand and forearm. Use each button individually to train the fingers, or press the entire unit together to strengthen the hand and forearm. Comes with illustrated instructions. Develops isolated finger strength, flexibility, and coordination. Stronger fingers cannot compensate for weaker ones. The progressive, color-coded resistance provides positive feedback to the user. It also trains the strength of the hand and forearm.
