The deep 27-millimeter rim offers improved wheel stiffness and aerodynamics, balancing enhanced rim performance with minimal weight. The design of the R90 SL is based on the wind tunnel-tested Phantom rim shape to improve aerodynamics and stability, and it is welded to save weight. Additionally, it provides versatility with a variety of spoke hole configurations and is available in both rim and disc brake configurations.
