How to choose the right size for your knee pads:

Measure the circumference of your leg 15 cm below the center of your kneecap. Then select the corresponding size:

XS = 30-33 cm

S = 33-35 cm

M = 35-37 cm

L = 37-40 cm

XL = 40-45 cm.
