The Hi-End Speed Jump Rope was specially developed for intensive training and competitions. The robust aluminium handles (16 cm) with integrated steel pins and high-quality 360° ball bearings ensure fast, even rotation during speed and double-under exercises. The thin, plastic-coated steel cable (2.5 mm diameter, 3 m long) is flexible yet extremely hard-wearing. The rope length can be individually and easily adjusted using a screw. For a better swing, Fitcom recommends cutting off the excess wire.
