A special version of the Kånken, made from recycled polyester derived from eleven discarded plastic bottles. The material is dyed using SpinDye technology, which significantly reduces the consumption of water, energy and chemicals. This reliable everyday companion features the same brilliant design as the original, but is also characterised by sustainable, recycled material and resource-efficient production. It’s just waiting to be worn and cherished for years and decades – and when it eventually reaches the end of its life in the distant future, it can simply be recycled again. Thanks to the large zipped opening, the main compartment is easy to pack. The padding in the rear inner compartment ensures that the contents of the rucksack do not press against the back. And whenever the wearer wants to take a break, it can quickly be used as a handy seat cushion. The two flat side pockets and the front zipped pocket provide space for all those small items that need to be easily accessible whilst on the move. The simple yet functional carrying system features top handles and flexible, adjustable shoulder straps.
