The Flexi-Bar swinging stick is a true all-rounder. It covers numerous training areas, from endurance training to coordination training, as well as posture stabilization and movement sensitivity. In therapy, the swinging stick is primarily used for back and joint disorders. The children's version is a shorter model. The Sport, Intensive, and Athletic models are designed for adults and are the same length, but with increasing levels of stiffness. The stiffer the stick, the more challenging it is to swing. The Athletic version adds a significantly higher weight as an additional difficulty. For comfortable training, approximately 2x2 m of space is also required.

To keep workouts varied, a practice poster and online training videos are included in the package.
