Kids Flexi-Bar Swing Stick - Versatile Use

The Flexi-Bar Swing Stick is a true all-rounder. It covers numerous training areas, from endurance training to coordination training, as well as posture stabilization and movement sensitivity. In therapy, the swing stick is primarily used for back and joint disorders. The Kids version is a shorter model specifically designed for children. The Sport, Intensive, and Athletic models are for adults and have the same length, but with increasing levels of stiffness. The stiffer the stick, the more challenging it is to swing. The Athletic model also features a significantly higher weight. For comfortable training, approximately 2x2 meters of space is required.

To keep workouts varied, the package includes an exercise poster and an introductory DVD (not included with the Kids version).
