The elastic Flexi-Bar provides many exercise programmes tailored to the spine and muscles. Whether in the gym or at home, the flexible bar, which is around 150 metres long and has a rubberised handle, can be used in a variety of ways. The vibrations generated by the swinging action reach deep muscle layers in the body. Conventional strength training, on the other hand, only works on the surface. Even short training sessions of ten minutes each are enough to strengthen the muscles of the back, chest and arms in the long term. At the same time, the chest, stomach and buttocks are toned. The Flexi-Bar can also be used to relieve tension or for yoga.
