The new air shaft compensates for slight tilting of the lowers under load, significantly reducing friction in the air piston. A 30 mm larger bushing overlap results in lower friction and increased stiffness, providing optimal control of the suspension. The bypass channels of the lowers have been relocated 90° inward to decrease stress and reduce dynamic friction. The GRIP X cartridge has been specifically designed for trail and all-mountain use. With a lower weight than the GRIP X2, it offers an easy-to-use alternative with a firm setting (no lockout). Additionally, it features adjustable high and low-speed compression settings, as well as a customizable rebound setting to tackle even the most demanding trails. The new pressure equalization knobs are slimmer and easier to use. The new 36/36SL mud guard will no longer be attached to it.
