The Geopress replacement filters are designed for a service life of 350 cycles (250 l).
The service life is reduced if water with a high content of silt, sediments or tannins is cleaned. The cartridge press time increases towards the end of the cartridge life. When the press time reaches 25-30 seconds, the cartridge should be replaced.

Even if the cycle time increases, the cartridge will continue to protect.
It is then recommended to replace the cartridge at some point, despite any environmental concerns.
