The Gymstick Original is a simple and effective training device for use in physiotherapy, in the gym and club, as well as for independent, individual training at home. It improves cardiovascular functions, strength, endurance, mobility, balance and fat burning. The versatile training device is used for strengthening the lower and upper extremities as well as for stabilisation and coordination exercises, sport-specific movements and group training. The Gymstick Original can be used for all exercises that can be performed with free weights and also offers possibilities for multi-joint exercises.
