The Talos 3 features a weather-protected entrance, ensuring a dry sleeping area even in bad weather. The vestibule has a tent floor that is securely sewn to the inner tent, which keeps it in the correct position and prevents annoying slipping. Dirt is kept out of the vestibule by a mud flap. Clear plastic windows allow light into the tent while curtains keep curious eyes at bay. Three permanent ventilation openings provide optimal airflow in any weather condition and must always remain open. The tent is equipped with extra strong zippers and reflective guy line loops for added safety. The very sturdy 5 mm diameter steel pegs do not bend even on hard ground. For securing the tent, special 5 mm steel pegs with hooks are included for better hold of the guy lines. The zipper cover is equipped with an additional rain gutter that further protects against moisture intrusion. The inner tent features a Vario Vent Control system. The mesh entrance keeps pesky insects away and can be conveniently adjusted from the inside depending on the climate. The cover flap can be easily stored in a pocket, eliminating the hassle of rolling it up. Two permanent vents help regulate the temperature inside the tent when the Vario Vent Control system is closed. Inner tent pockets for essentials and a lamp holder for a camping light or flashlight enhance comfort. The seams are waterproof sealed with seam tape, ensuring better seam tear resistance.
